How many days did you spend at least 15 minutes working on your project during this first week? Especially since we did get two bonus days before the kick off of the first full week in the month.
First, let me start by saying how grateful I am for this challenge and the push it has given me to return to a project that I initially began creating from notes I've doodled in Google Docs since the beginning of the year.
Because of this challenge, I've spent the recommended, at minimum, 15 minutes a day working on my project on 8 of these first 9 days of the month.
Despite putting in the work, I did not meet week's one objective of "completing the unfinished sections of the OPTs Guide to Pelvic Floor Entrepreneurship". However, I was still able to make significant progress, provding even greater momentum for me to keep moving forward in this process. It is also during this time that I realized that this objective requires more than one week of focused time, considering the amount of content that is needed and will be going into this e-book.
If you're like me and didn't meet week's one objective, that's okay. This planner is meant to serve as guide to keep you moving forward, not an an absolute that must be met or else the entire process is a fail.
So as we embark on week 2, if needed, continue working on week's 1 objective while also being sure to work on tasks that will help meet the objective for week 2.
Don't forget to engage in one of the recommended self care tasks to reward yourself for the good work that has been completed thus far.
Until time, be well, and don't forget to use the hashtag#GoalDiggerFinal40DayPush when sharing your progress or experience on social media.
