Early Intervention is a practice that focuses on the use of everyday family-based routines to support skill acquisition in the domains of motor, cognitive, sensory processing and communication in infant and toddler who have been clinically diagnosed with and/or who are at risk of childhood developmental delay in order to support engagement and participation in age-appropriate play and self-help tasks.
